With the use of thermochromatic inks, printed images on a label can change color due to a shift in temperature. This specialized process is used to visually indicate temperature without the user coming in direct contact with label or the surface it is applied to. Common applications for thermo sensitive labels include heat warning labels, battery charge indicators and thermometers. |
